Attorney Bill Russo is a Marquette University Law School graduate. In 1970, he was licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Attorney Russo has also been licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota since 1972. His undergraduate background includes a degree in business and economics.
